For UK orders, shipping is free over £200+VAT, orders below that will be charged at £8.50+VAT. We usually ship on a 24 hour delivery. Online orders placed at the weekend will generally be processed on Monday. We aim to send the same day we receive your order (or payment if applicable) and use Parcelforce Express 24.

We are sorry, but we do not offer this facility.

Orders and shipping must be paid in full before we can ship. Shipping will be calculated once packed so we can find the most suitable courier and at the best price/speed for your country.

Credit terms are not available for orders placed online. We can discuss possible credit terms for email and telephone orders once you have had a minimum of 12 months regular activity with us.

We apologise, but we are not currently accepting any new customers who only sell on third party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook etc. You will need either a physical shop (or market stall) and/or your own website.

We like talking to our customers, so please feel free to call us with your order during office hours. We are also happy to accept email orders as we understand some of our customers like to use a spreadsheet for costing purposes. But of course, if you favour online, it is here for you. Please use whichever method best suits you and your business.
